Buckley Park, on the southern shore of Lake Nagambie, includes a boat ramp, rowing club and picnic grounds. The River Street Reserve, at the end of River Street, includes picnic facilities located on the shady shoreline and a designated swimming area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Goulburn Weir, located 12 kilometres north of &lt;a href="http://www.melbourneandsurrounds.com.au/nagambie-and-the-strathbogie-ranges/nagambie-attractions-and-events.html"&gt;Nagambie&lt;/a&gt;, was constructed from 1887 to 1890 and resulted in the expansive waterway of &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lake Nagambie&lt;/span&gt; that we know today. Picnic and BBQ facilities are located at the weir, and a public walkway runs across the weir, offering good views of the structure and lake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 kilometres north of Nagambie is the heritage listed Kirwans Bridge, 300 metres in length and over 100 years old, spanning the northern arm of Lake Nagambie. Jacobsons Outlook is an attractive park which extends from the shops and down to the shores of Lake Nagambie, offering panoramic views across the lake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nagambie is surrounded by a number of wineries in the neighbouring communities of Tabilk, Mitchellstown and Murchison.
